convenient location and rooftop pool
convenient location rooftop pool helpful staff
i found the location convenient near the cbd. the rooftop pool provided a nice escape. the staff was helpful when i needed directions. the hotel offered daily servicing of apartments, a definite plus.
finding the hotel parking was a bit tricky due to heavy traffic, narrow lanes, and small parking spots. pro driving skills are required.

the studio included a kitchenette. it contained basic cooking facilities. the bed offered decent comfort. a serviced apartment is available daily to maintain cleanliness.

Great location, spacious suites!
great location helpful staff spacious apartment
I found the location excellent, with easy access to trains and buses (so convenient!). the staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions. i also liked the small kitchen. It was perfect for preparing simple meals. the apartment was spacious, a pleasant surprise.
The gym and pool were closed . I wish i had known beforehand.

There is a café right next door. It is called henry's. the café offers quick bites and drinks. the location is very convenient. It means you do not need to go far for food (especially nice in the mornings!).

Adequate stay with some drawbacks
peeling paint mold issue
The location was quite convenient, with access to public transportation.
Unfortunately, the room showed significant wear and tear. Paint peeled off the walls in several places, and I noticed mold in the bathroom (a unfortunate situation). the windows rattled constantly. It was very irritating. It was hard to believe this was the same hotel shown in the online photos.
